Best Gaming Monitor With Hdmi 2.1 Reviews
1. Viotek SUW49DA 49-Inch Super Ultrawide Monitor (Overall pick – Best overall gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1)
The first version that we might refer to you is Viotek SUW49DA. On the other hand, we get this gaming monitor that is an ultra-wide watching monitor which equips with full HD ability. It is around 49-inch which shows you can obtain the ideal and most immersive visual experience. That is particularly accentuated from the 1500R’s curvature inclusion.
However, the cool attribute of that HDMI 2.1 compatible screen is that this could boost up to 120Hz refresh rate for the video which is not only better but also entirely flicker-free. Then, that monitor might take you the most vivid and vibrant pictures.
One of the great attributes is the Dead Pixel policy. Make sure that proves that if you seek the dead pixel on the lovely screen, the manufacturer promises to assist you in taking it out.
Pros
– It has a dead pixel policy.
– It offers 1500R curvature.
– It is flicker-free
– It provides you with immersive widescreen viewing
Cons
– None
2. ASUS ROG Strix XG438Q 43” Large Gaming Monitor (Design pick – Best design gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1)
The ASUS ROG Strix XG438Q is the ideal 120Hz 4K gaming monitor and perhaps more affordable than you hope. In the other words, this version can not come with an ultimate FALD backlight for pretty HDR; but HDR performance is even good, thanks to a better edge-array backlight and the screen’s dynamic dimming attribute.
On top of it, the 4k hdmi 2.1 monitor can be stacked up effectively in our test when it discusses response time and input lag. From the input lag test, it can outperform different 144Hz monitors, such as the Asus Rog Swift that can move with a higher price for each. And when the XG438Q is listed like the FreeSync monitor, we were capable of running G-Sync on it greatly.
Pros
– It offers a fast 4k monitor we have checked.
– It has a richly saturated color.
– It supports non-glare eye care functions.
Cons
– The pixel response times are slow.
3. Acer Predator XB273K Monitor (Budget pick – Best cheap gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1)
A little more reasonable than the different 144Hz choices on this site, the Acer Predator XB273K monitor is the perfect 4K gaming monitor at a better refresh rate for value-finders. Through fast-paced games with the highest settings, there was no blur. G-sync operated better with either HDR content or standard – to defeat screen tearing combined with the NVIDIA graphic card. The cheapest hdmi 2.1 monitor is chased up effectively with different 144Hz displays through our check and also defeats other opponents that are around $1,500, gaming monitors when it refers to input lag.
As for picture quality, this gaming monitor with hdmi 2.1 conveys with ultimate level color precision and contrast that approached more than 4000:1 based on our check and over 2,000:1 after the calibration. HDR might not seem as better as it can on the gaming monitors with FALD backlights, but we can take the Acer Predator monitor as the next ideal thing.
Pros
– It provides you with high gaming efficiency.
– It offers the best HDR
– It brings DCI-P3 color
– It has a decent pivot and movement capabilities.
Cons
– The stand is likely to stick out.
4. ConceptD CP7 CP7271K G-SYNC Ultimate Monitor (Professional pick – Best professional gaming monitor with HDMI 2.1)
The lines splitting the monitor demands of gamers, and professionals make blurring. Aside from that, there is nothing terrible with the image editor needing to game through their spare time, right? The Acer ConceptD is the ideal 4K gaming monitor for gamers since it can boast better gaming specs doubled with precise color space coverage.
Next, creative gamers might get the job done with the monitor’s 100$ coverage of DCI-P3 color space, even though the super meticulous might realize that to be mildly very colorful. You could, however, decrease color with the software look-up table. You even obtain better HDR output with the FALD backlight which might reach 1,000 nits.
At this moment, the Concept gaming monitor can provide you with precise sRGB coverage and strong efficiency which is made up of 144Hz monitors in the response time and input lag benchmarking.
Pros
– It brings precise reference-level color.
– It supports a big color gamut.
– The contrast is great.
Cons
– There is no portrait mode.
– You can not customize color gamuts.
5. ASUS ROG Swift PG43UQ 43” 4K HDR DSC Gaming Monitor (Big screen pick – Best big screen gaming monitor splurge)
We enjoyed the ASUS ROG Swift PG43UQ when we first realized it some months ago, but it can be tough to seek out online ever since. Around 43 inches, the gaming monitor is a juggernaut which creates a better TV substitution – it also equips with the remote. Based on the 4-foot distance, it can lend to the particularly immersive experience which can rival the curved ultra-wide.
Thanks to displaying HDR 1000 certification, HDR films can grab the punch. Games seemed specifically authentic and warm in HDR or even pure and vibrant in SDR. Most crucially, this version is manufactured from leading performance gaming. In addition to that, response time was defeated against various 144Hz screens with our benchmarks, and the input lag was greater than the equally priced Acer Predator. If you could not search for Asus in stock, though, the Acer’s a fine replacement with a drop less efficiency with approximately $1900.
Pros
– It offers 99% DCI-P3 color coverage.
– It has a great remote.
– The HDR is perfect.
Cons
– It is super bright for darkly lit rooms.

Not currently. However, a lot of our most common and interesting monitor-making brands are particularly set to run and release their better versions and there is a huge lineup to select from. In the other words, some of them are considered to come at the beginning of mid-2021 and we might not wait.
2. Is HDMI 2.1 worth it for modern consoles?
As the PS5 only takes advantage of the HDMI 2.1 connection, we highly claim that clients can not get a lot of options to stick with anything otherwise. That can not vitally show that it is a worse thing, but since that new update on the high HDMI is considered for fabulous things.
It can permit your incoming consoles to be compatible with more fps which move up until 120 fps. It is super frankly the revolutionary feat since now, other hardware could specifically reach 30 fps. Sure. As some monitors and screens could already wake up to a thousand dollars and 120Hz simultaneously with the usage of the available 2.0 HDMI; it is super evident that the new HDMI 2.1 might be capable of assisting 120Hz just better. There are a lot of fancy attributes which one can be fond of with the arrival of great HDMI and it is that new GPUs from NVIDIA, the Xbox Series X, and PS5 can support HDMI 2.1.
This proves that not only might 4K be possible with higher fps, but you might be capable of obtaining up to 8K resolution at all. One of the ideal attributes is that it might assist high resolutions and that contains assistance for the 8K signal and that too with 12-bit color. It is accomplished by making through the bandwidth of 48 Gbits/second. However, that is not all since it can take advantage of the DSC or displays stream compression mode; the HDMI 2.1 might take the 10K signal around 120 fps, which is super great.
5. Could HDMI 2.1 do with 144Hz?
Certainly. The new HDMI 2.1 can set its sights on taking new targets and 144Hz is super achievable as well. The standard TV or monitor might simply get around 144Hz at full HD with the assistance of the HDMI 1.4 port. That even permits them to control about 75Hz at 2K, and 30Hz at 4K so that it is not also surprising that the incoming HDMI 2.1 claims to offer better assistance for 120Hz at 4K UHD and 60Hz at 8K.
Well, those are the best gaming monitors with HDMI 2.1 which can bring a leading experience when you connect them with Consoles. Thanks to the better and state-of-the-art HDMI 2.1 port, you could stick with the buttery-smooth gaming experience. Next, those monitors are certain to make the gaming experience to a higher level and you might love enjoying games that are responsive.
The above-discussed gaming monitors equip with HDMI 2.1 but as of now, there is no availability for customers. Pre-orders of those gaming monitors with HDMI 2.1 might start early and we can update the list with particular online shops.

Thoughts on best gaming monitor for 4k,120 hertz, hdr, and gsync? Is this even possible with hdmi 2.1? My understanding is hdmi 2.1 has slightly more bandwidth than displayport 1.4 to push hdr at 4k?
The closest I can seem to find right now is the LG ultragear, but it’s never in stock.

Hi all, just got my SAMSUNG 28” G7 Odyssey UHD and this is my first G-Sync capable monitor and will be using this both for my RTX 3070 and Console Gaming and take advantage of the HDMI 2.1 ports.
Was wondering if there are similar G7 users familiar with setting up G-sync or is this automatically enabled or do I have to manually set this up?
Was fiddling with the settings but I kept getting this error that says “Selected Display is validated as G-SYNC Compatible”. Thanks in advance.
